Foundations of Real Estate Management

This comprehensive entry-level course is a soup-to-nuts, 7-module program totaling 30 hours, designed to cover the essentials of commercial real estate administration and management. It delves into fundamental areas such as building systems, accounting and reporting, contract management and more.

Participants will benefit from classroom instruction delivered by local seasoned professionals and can reinforce their learning through behind-the-scenes tours of notable buildings. The live, in-person training is conducted with small class sizes to enhance learning, foster discussion and facilitate team activities. The course offers a complete package that includes high-quality instruction, peer networking opportunities, property tours and a comprehensive, user-friendly course manual that serves as a valuable reference for practical application on the job.
