Our Association
BOMA Northeast Ohio
BOMA Northeast Ohio, formerly BOMA Greater Cleveland, was incorporated in 1914 and represents Commercial Building Owners and Managers (predominately office buildings) in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Summit, Medina, Stark and Portage Counties. BOMA Greater Cleveland became BOMA Northeast Ohio in February 2025 due to our association absorbing the counties previously represented in BOMA Akron. We represent one of four local associations in the State of Ohio and one of 105 throughout the world. BOMA International, our umbrella organization, is headquartered in Washington, DC.
Our Mission
The mission of the Building Owners and Managers Association of BOMA Northeast Ohio is to provide its members with advocacy, professional development, networking, and economic savings opportunities.
