Q: What Do My Dues Include? 
Associate Members: 

  • Two representatives from your company show on our Membership Directory, 1 primary & 1 additional, but others from your company can participate in meetings and events when you are not available. 

  • Ability to network with BOMA members. 

  • Current online database of all members. 

  • Access to group purchasing savings for use within your company. 

  • Sponsorship, marketing and advertising opportunities. 


Building Members: 

  • All building employees can access the benefits of membership. 

  • Strong advocacy at the federal, state & local level. 

  • Professional development for you & your staff. 

  • Access to group purchasing savings for use within your company 

  • Current online database of all members by service category (your bid list) 


Q: What area does BOMA Northeast Ohio cover? 
  • We are in eight counties, including Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Summit, Medina, Stark and Portage Counties. 


Q: How many members are there? 
  • 86 Buildings Members and 86 Associate Members 


Q: How many committees do you have and how can I get involved? 

  • BOMA Northeast Ohio currently has 12 active committees. The list and details for each are here. If you are interested in joining a committee, please contact us to learn which are in need of new members. 


Q: What is the cost for an Associate member to join? 

  • $1,030 plus a one-time $200 application fee = $1,230 

  • October – December: $1,000 plus one-time $200 application fee = $1,200 (Membership is for the balance of the current year and the entire next year – 15 for 12). 


Q: How long is the BOMA Membership waitlist? 
  • We strive to keep a balance of Building and Associate Memberships. We currently have an estimated waiting time of 1 year. While you are on the waitlist, we invite you to attend our Happy Hours and educational offerings to begin building relationships with our members and get hands-on experience with BOMA events.
